Important Updates for ECER 2023 Participants - Venue Location, Paper Submission, and Preliminary Schedule

Dear participants,

We have some important updates to share with you regarding ECER 2023. Firstly, we want to apologize for the delay in announcing the venue for the event. The decision process took longer than expected due to an unexpectedly high number of participants, which we are very happy about. After careful consideration, we are pleased to announce that ECER 2023 will take place at TGM Wexstraße 19-23, 1200 Vienna Austria.

Secondly, we would like to remind you that the paper submission is now available on https://moodle.pria.at. Team leaders have been given the credentials to access it. The deadline for paper submission is March 5th, 2023, 23:59 UTC+1. Please make sure to submit your papers before the deadline.

Lastly, we have attached the preliminary schedule for ECER, which is subject to change. It is important for all participants to arrive on time on Monday 27th of March as there will be practice runs that you don't want to miss. We will not be able to accommodate latecomers due to our tight schedule.
