Dear participants,
Just a little heads up (or reminder) that each Botball Team (not Open teams!) will have to do an obligatory Onsite Presentation during ECER. At the Onsite presentation, two people of your team will present different aspects of your robots and your preparation for ECER. There is a detailed list of categories (see the attached rubric) you need to mention during the presentation. The judges will mark the categories you mentioned as a checklist and award points accordingly. The presentation must be completed in a maximum of 8 minutes. Otherwise, you will be deducted points.
You will be able to schedule a slot for either Wed 29th, or Thur 30th. The scheduler will be available after the Opening Ceremony on Monday 27th, from approx. 19:15 at https://moodle.pria.at (Team Leaders should have access). Slots will be available on a first-come-first-serve principle.
