Dear participants,
We will setup ECER 2022 on Sunday, April 24th, in the conference Venue (Aurelium). If you already arrive in Bratislava on Sunday, you are invited to help setup the conference from 13:00. Please note: You will NOT be allowed to bring any robots or practice on the game tables; however, you can bring equipment to measure the game tables and get a first look at them.
If you would like to join us, please simply post an answer to this thread with the following information: team name, number of people, and the estimated arrival time. Don't worry, you can also decide on short notice.
