Basic Windows Networking:
Make your servers ping/communicate to each other by:
-Ensuring that the Servers are physically or virtually, connected to each other
-Ensuring, NIC IP, Subnet and DNS are correct
-Host File may be used create direct link between servers.
Tips on Windows NLB Setup issues:
-Ensure the the DNS Record with Virtual IP is in place or created in the DNS Server before initiating the Windows NLB setup
-You can isolate the issue by bypassing NLB using host file IP config. If host file works, Focus on NLB troubleshooting
