Hey Everyone - I hope that you all had an awesome Labor Day weekend and your travels were all safe. I've seen some awesome footage come through the socials of personal trips to massive turnouts at the Queen's race, to downwinders at the Gorge! Awesome stuff!
While the racing season here in the PNW has nearly completed, we need to have the Race Committee representatives from each of the member clubs sit in on this year's race committee meeting to discuss this year's race events, race rules issues (if any) and to schedule out the 2026 season.
This meeting will be held on Sunday October 12, 2025 @ 11am PST. This will be a virtual meeting. Link and agenda will be sent out in 2-weeks.
What I need from you all prior to 9/12/25:
- Name/Email/Phone Number/Club for your club representative. *Host Clubs: please select a person who can give a race host general report (5 min max general report of how your race went, pros/cons, attendance, etc.)
- Race host 2026 dates for consideration/scheduling
- Any other topics of discussion to add to the agenda
