looking for OC1 paddlers

Aloha all

The Kalama Cultural Festival is August 23 & 24 and there is a ceremony at 9:00 am on Saturday morning between the Hawaiian Culture and First Nations.

I am looking for OC1 paddlers to help with the ceremony by accompanying the OC6's.

The OC1s will lead and follow the OC6's throughout the ceremony, then will land on the beach to ask the First Nations for permission to come onto their lands.  There will be chanting and music from both nations.

I can not pay you for this service but I can provide you with a lei and a beer token to be later redeemed at the beer garden.
