Procedure for email questions

Hello all,

I wanted to give you all a heads up that I added all officers to an email group called "in...@pioneerpta.org". I will be changing all email addresses on social media and our website so that people can email their question/concern and HOPEFULLY it will reach the person with the answer.

What does this mean for you?

If you get an email that you can answer or that is in your area of expertise, please respond to the person AND BCC all officers (or simply in...@pioneerpta.or) so everyone knows it is dealt with. If it does not pertain to you or is not in your area of expertise you can ignore it.
