Dear Families, 

Here are the long awaited forms to participate in our annual talent show on Thursday, May 30th.

Please read over the guidelines carefully before submitting your child's application. 

There will be a few printed copies of the forms in the front office for your convenience. Please note that all forms must be received no later than Friday, May 13th in order to be considered for the show.
