PROP Mode

I use eQSL.  I mostly use the AMSAT satellites for my QSOs.  Some of the people I exchange cards with are complaining because my QSOs don't reflect SAT.  I am told by eQSL people that I need to set PROP_MODE to SAT.  Can that be done while I'm logging the contact?
