Trouble importing an ADIF file

I have an ADIF file with ONE contact and it shows as being successfully imported but does not show up when I list the contacts. I even erased the log and imported all the contacts over, but, all the contacts are listed except for the one I am having trouble with. I am using CQRLog on Linux. I have attached the ADIF file. Any help would be appreciated.

The import is into one of the apps or into HamLog.it?

Update. I submitted the ADIF file in question, minus the notes and it worked. There must be a limit on how many characters are allowed in the notes field.
