ADIF says imported but record does not show up

I have imported an adif file multiple times trying to get this contact to show up.  The contents of the adif file is below.  Does anyone know why this will not show up?  Also, could we get the mode field big enough to be able to manually enter DIGITALVOICE in the field?

Figured it out.  It was the comments field was too large.  Can we somehow get a list of limits on fields for importing into HamLog?  Would be a great help!
