Proof-of-concept for map search

Dear contributors:

PhotoPrism is making big progress!

We've recently implemented a proof-of-concept for maps based on
Leaflet / OpenStreetMap.

Try for yourself: https://demo.photoprism.org/places?q=San%20Diego

Already looks very nice, but of course there is no proper distance
search yet, the map doesn't update with new results when you move it
and the page seems a bit to high on iOS and Android. Desktop looks
good to me. Maybe something for a PR.
