Hello FFAs,

Thank you all for your Rollover/Overage submissions last month. We concluded deliberations during today’s meeting on September 8th meeting and proceeded with a final vote on each request. The results of the final votes can be found in the minutes documents linked within the Rollover/Overage Summary Report (also attached as a PDF).

The Summary Report also includes links to the deliberations documents, audio recordings, and meeting minutes that include details of the discussion and evaluation of the requests. As always, audio recordings of our meetings are always available in the SFC Google Drive.

Keep in mind that the SFC’s Rollover/Overage process requires applying a specific set of criteria in a viewpoint-neutral way. If your ask was denied please keep in mind, there are other avenues to seek funding via an Agenda Request as outlined in the SFC Guidelines such as:

  • Repurposing savings that occur during the year with a Mid-year Program Change

  • Discretionary Reserve Funding

  • SFC Working Capital Request

If you need further clarification on any of the Rollover/Overage results or any of the processes above, please reach out to your respective SFC liaison for assistance.

Budgets will be adjusted by the Budget Office to reflect these decisions by the close of the September fiscal period.

Have a nice week,
