Hi all, 

We wanted to send a timely reminder that Quarterly Reports (Q1) are due on Friday, October 31st by 11:55 pm. Please follow the link below to the form:

If this link is not working for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to correct this. 

As a reminder, Fee Funded Areas are required to fill out the YE (year-end) Projection of the Quarterly Financial Report. This should be submitted as an excel sheet. This should be a forecast of the total amount of activity you expect for each line item by the end of the year (including what has already been posted). Comments should also be entered to explain large variances between budget and actual/forecasted activity.
