This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time, seasonal (February – July) Cartographer 1 position for the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University (OSU). This position will assist with the long-term Landscape Dynamics program and the NPS Great Lakes Network office in Ashland, WI.
The role of the successful applicant will be to interpret remotely-sensed imagery to label and validate polygons of disturbance in the landscapes in and around national parks of the Great Lakes region, and to manage the data in a GIS geodatabase context.
