Senior GIS Analyst
The Bonneville Power Administration is looking for two Senior GIS Analysts (Geographer 3) through supplier(s) for contracted services. These contract Geographer 3 positions will play a pivotal role within the Transmission Planning organization, leveraging their expertise to enhance the maintenance, operation, and development of BPA's asset inventory and equipment ratings. They will be responsible for providing advanced professional GIS services, encompassing data acquisition, storage, and analytics within the ESRI software platform, particularly focusing on the Utility Network. This involves generating visual displays, performing complex spatial analyses, system script maintenance/development using Python, and producing detailed reports across a diverse range of geographical transmission assets.
