Greetings to both our new and continuing students!
This is a reminder that registration for Summer 2025 courses opened on May 5. The PACE program is offering a limited number of summer courses, outlined below:
๐ Summer 2025 PACE Course Offerings
ELP 554: Philosophy of Education (4 credits)
Can fulfill one of the four required core courses or count as an elective.
If youโve already taken ELP 551: Social Foundations of Education, you may enroll in ELP 554 as an elective or specialization.
If you havenโt taken ELP 551, ELP 554 may satisfy your core course requirement.
ELP 508: Academic and Career Advising (1 credit)
Taught by Dr. Christine Cress.
This one-credit course focuses on effective advising strategies and is ideal for students working in or exploring roles in academic support and guidance.
ELP 506: Self-Directed Learning and ELP 509: Internship/Practicum
Supervised by Dr. Michael Smith.
These are flexible-credit courses (1 to 4 credits), customizable based on your individual learning goals and program needs.
Please consult with your academic advisor to determine the best fit for your summer coursework.
