Join our team and shape the future as the Associate Director of Residence Life & Housing at Willamette University! You will oversee educational initiatives for 1,300 residential students in both traditional and apartment-style living areas. You will work collaboratively to create educational initiatives through our student affairs learning goals that enhance academic experience of each student and positively contribute to their wellbeing, self-growth, relationship building, and positive social change. You will lead a team of live-in professionals, support student leaders, manage conduct, provide care support, and play a role in shaping the on campus experience. Your expertise in residence life, curricular approaches, student learning, academic initiatives, crisis management, and student conduct will drive department initiatives. Don't miss this opportunity to be a part of our dynamic Student Affairs leadership team and work in Residence Life and Housing!!
