You will work collaboratively to create educational initiatives through our student affairs learning goals that enhance academic experience of each student and positively contribute to their wellbeing, self-growth, relationship building, and positive social change. You will lead a team of live-in professionals, support student leaders, manage conduct, provide care support, and play a role in shaping the on campus experience. Your expertise in residence life, curricular approaches, student learning, academic initiatives, crisis management, and student conduct will drive department initiatives.
