The Assistant Director of ELCA is a pivotal leadership role charged with overseeing both the New Coug Orientation programs and the Career Action Center. Reporting to the Campus Director of ELCA, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to social justice, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist practices.
