DURATION: 7/17/2025 to TBD

PROJECT INFORMATION: Adjustments have been made to the building cooling system and lower temperatures have resulted. Repairs are ongoing and additional work is needed to ensure ongoing, reliable cooling in the building. Due to additional equipment failures, lead time for parts, and ongoing warm weather, there may continue to be disruptions to cooling, resulting in warmer than normal temperatures in some areas of the building. On-site maintenance technicians are actively working on these high-priority issues and monitoring temperatures in the building. Additional updates will be sent as this work progresses.

PROJECT BENEFITS: Maintenance work and repairs will return the building to more comfortable temperatures, which can be consistently maintained during warm temperatures.

IMPACT: Building temperatures may exceed the standard set point of 74 degrees for the building. Areas of the building may be affected differently until repairs are completed.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Warm temperatures in some areas of the building may be uncomfortable and impact some individuals.
