LOCATION: Urban Center Building (URBN)

DURATION: 9/5/2025 - Elevator No. 43 from 7:00AM-9:00AM  & Elevator No. 42 from 9:00AM-11:00AM

PROJECT INFORMATION: Kone Elevator will conduct 5-year load testing on the elevators nos. 43(DLC) & 42(bookstore) to ensure its proper operation.

PROJECT BENEFITS: The Oregon State elevator code requires this testing. This test ensures the proper operation of the elevator.

IMPACT: The load test will take the elevator out of operation for approximately two hours. Kone staff will be on-site during the testing to address any access needs that may arise during this period.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Kone elevator staff will be on-site during testing to accommodate any accessibility needs. Signage will be placed at each call button with contact information for accessibility requirements.
