LOCATION: Richard and Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC)
DURATION: 5/14/2026 to 5/15/2026 from 7:00:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: To make necessary structural upgrades, the RMNC Heating and Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) fans in AHU-1 & AHU-2 will be shut down for periods throughout the day. The repairs are expected to take 1-2 days. To minimize impacts to occupants, work will be staggered, so that fans are not down for more than 2 hours at any time.
PROJECT BENEFITS: To replace two aging Air Handler Units that are beyond their useful life. This project will improve occupant comfort by improving airflow, making the building's HVAC system more reliable and maintainable.
IMPACT: Depending on outdoor conditions, building users may experience uncomfortable room temperatures.
