UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Campus Wide
DURATION: 3/17/2026 to 4/3/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: CPSO and OIT will be migrating each PSU card reader to a new access control system.
PROJECT BENEFITS: The new system will improve usability for Access Control and ID Services, and provide increased reliability across campus.
IMPACT: Each building will be migrated one panel at a time, which will take groups of card readers offline for approximately 20-30 minutes. CPSO's Access Control team will be on site with keys to assist with access and temporarily prop open doors where necessary.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Overall accessibility will be heavily impacted for the brief time the readers are offline. The highest-traffic buildings will be migrated over Spring Break to have the least impact on daily operations.
