LOCATION: Richard and Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC)

DURATION: 10/9/2025 from 7:00:00 AM to 4:00:00 PM

PROJECT INFORMATION: RMNC MECHANCIAL ROOM abatement of materials (duct work tape, caulk on exterior louver) will be performed by a State of Oregon licensed abatement contractor, and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. General access to the RMNC MECHANICAL PENTHOUSE is prohibited. Contractor will use the freight elevator (elevator 80) to transport materials and equipment to and from the 9th floor to the B1 level.

PROJECT BENEFITS: To replace two aging Air Handler Units that are beyond their useful life. This project will improve occupant comfort by improving airflow, making the building's HVAC system more reliable and maintainable.

IMPACT: Building users may notice times of increased activity, including equipment, materials, and contractors in the building lobby, elevator, and corridors. Elevator 80 will be unavailable during short periods of time, and building users will need to use an alternative elevator.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Elevators will be available during this time. While elevator 80 is unavailable, users may experience longer wait times.
