DURATION: 4/9/2026

PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor will be drilling and cutting concrete in the pit of elevators #34 (yellow highlight on attached maps). This is a part of the project to modernize the elevators in ML. This includes upgrading motors, pulleys, raceways, and where relevant, the cab interiors. Rev 01: Fixed Duration to reflect correct date Rev 02: Date pushed out

PROJECT BENEFITS: Once completed, the elevators in ML will meet or exceed code standards, thus improving reliability and increasing the safety of all users.

IMPACT: Loud noise and vibrations can be expected in nearby areas throughout the day. Reference attached maps.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The elevator will be out of service, loud noises and vibrations may affect those with sensitivities to either.
