LOCATION: Park Blocks from Lincoln Hall to Shattuck Hall
DURATION: 5/27/2026 from 11:00:00 AM to 2:30:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: The Small Woods Food Pantry will be driving their new mobile outreach van through the South Park Blocks to promote new services and increase campus awareness of food security resources.
PROJECT BENEFITS: This event highlights new mobile resources available to students and faculty, making it easier for the campus community to access essential food services.
IMPACT: Pedestrian Traffic: Occupants and visitors should expect a slow-moving vehicle within the pedestrian-only zones of the Park Blocks.
Noise: There may be moderate noise from the vehicle and promotional activities.
Visuals: Flaggers or event staff may be present to guide the vehicle safely through high-traffic areas.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Path Obstruction: While the van is in motion, portions of the main walkways may be temporarily narrowed.
Alternative Routes: Clear passage will be maintained at all times. If a specific pathway is temporarily blocked, please use the adjacent paved sidewalks along the building perimeters.
ADA Access: Access to all building entrance ramps and curb cuts will remain open and unobstructed.
