DURATION: 1/11/2021 - 9am - 4pm
PROJECT INFORMATION: LEED O+M SITE WALK
A group of up to 5 people will be accessing and collecting data in various rooms throughout the building. Spaces visited include Office spaces, Classrooms, Hallways, and Mechanical spaces throughout the building and on the roof.
PROJECT BENEFITS: LEED for Operations and Maintenance (O+M) certification analyzes and improves the current state of building operations and maintenance, focusing on performance-oriented sustainable strategies and outcomes, LEED helps us build high performing buildings on the PSU campus.
IMPACT:
The 5 visitors will spend some time in each room collecting data. Conversation between group members will be kept at a respectful level, but there may be some audible discussion between team members and photos taken as they walk through each space.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: None anticipated.
