DURATION: 6/16/2026 from 8:30:00 AM to 9:30:00 AM
PROJECT INFORMATION: Members of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) will be holding a rally on campus. The organizers have secured the necessary municipal noise permits to facilitate this event.
PROJECT BENEFITS: This notice ensures the campus community is informed of scheduled activity, allowing staff, faculty, and students to plan their academic and administrative tasks around temporary outdoor disruptions.
IMPACT: Acoustic/Noise: Expect significant intermittent noise, amplified speech, and chanting from a bullhorn during the event window.
Foot Traffic: There may be high density pedestrian crowds gathered in the immediate vicinity, which could slow down normal travel between buildings.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Pathways and Access: While the rally is not intended to block entryways, the high volume of
attendees may congested nearby pedestrian sidewalks or ADA access ramps.
