LOCATION: Peter Stott Center (PSC)

DURATION: 3/23/2026 to 3/27/2026

PROJECT INFORMATION: The Planter Box on the Northeast Exterior Corner of Peter Stott Center will be excavated to install waterproofing on the foundation of the building and prevent water intrusion into the building.

PROJECT BENEFITS: The waterproofing will prevent water intrusion into the building.

IMPACT: The Versa Entrance will be closed during active construction. If access to the Loading Dock is needed work will be stopped to allow for Loading Dock Access. On Monday 3/23 and Tuesday 3/24 there will be noise impacts from equipment used for excavation.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The Versa Entrance will be closed during active construction. If access to the Loading Dock is needed, work will be stopped to allow for Loading Dock Access. Those requiring ADA access to the building will need to use alternate entrances on the North or Southeast Ramps. On Monday 3/23 and Tuesday 3/24 there will be noise impacts from equipment used for excavation.
