LOCATION: Science Research and Teaching Center
DURATION: July 26th, 2021 8 am - 5 pm
PROJECT INFORMATION: PSU's elevator mechanic will be replacing worn parts and performing code-required annual testing. This requires the elevator power to be shut off, and the elevator will be out of service during the testing, inspection, and repairs.
PROJECT BENEFITS: Ensure the reliability of the elevator.
IMPACT: The elevator will be closed and powered off during the test. There is only one elevator in the building, and occupants will need to take the stairs or make arrangements that do not require the elevator during the test.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The elevator will be powered off during repairs and testing and will not be accessible to building occupants. Please make arrangements not to use the elevator on July 26th, 8 am - 5 pm.
