UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Fourth Avenue Building (FAB)
DURATION: 12/12/2025 to 4/2/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractors will be on site to modernize the elevators in FAB one at a time. This includes upgrading motors, pulleys, raceways, and where relevant, the cab interiors.
PROJECT BENEFITS: Once completed, the elevators in FAB will be at current standards or better, thus improving reliability and increasing the safety of all users.
IMPACT: Contractor will be modernizing elevators #46 & #47 (yellow and green highlights on map). These are the elevators that service the parking garage levels. During the duration of this impact, this bank of elevators will only have one elevator operating. Expect delays.
Estimated Downtimes:
Elevator #46: 01/12/26 to 2/19/26
Elevator #47: 02/23/26 to 04/02/26
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: From 01/12/26 to 04/02/26, there will only be one active elevator serving the parking garage. Plan for delays.
