LOCATION: Saint Helens Residence Hall (STHL)
DURATION: 12/29/2025 to 12/30/2025 from 8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: The cleaning of gutters and downspouts will be performed on the exterior of the St. Helen's residence hall building. Work will begin at 8 am on 12/29 on the 12th street side of the building and they will work their way around the building from there.There will be overhead gutter work being performed on a lift for most of the project.
PROJECT BENEFITS: Gutters and downspouts will be cleaned and cleared to allow propper drainage from the roof and to prevent water from leaking into the building.
IMPACT: Overhead work with the potential for falling debris and branches. There will be a maintenance tech in the lift going up and down the building. Please close window blinds for privacy during work time. Sidewalk and areas surrounding the building may be blocked by the lift.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Sidewalk traffic may be diverted to the other side of the street or walkway surrounding the St. Helen's Building to ensure safety while overhead work is conducted. Please pay attention to cones, caution tape and signage.
