UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Urban Center Building (URBN)
DURATION: 6/15/2026 to 6/17/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor will be on site making fixes to the new lighting on B1, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
PROJECT BENEFITS: Once completed, the lower floors of URBN will have more energy efficient lighting and better controls thus pushing PSU closer to our carbon neutral goals.
IMPACT: Contractors will be working on ladders, hindering spaces. As they work through an area, normal lighting may be off, but site lighting will be provided. People may need to temporarily relocate as they work in individual offices.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Contractors will be on ladders, narrowing egress in some areas, but not blocking.
In the work area, expect dimmer conditions as normal lights will be off but site lighting will be provided.
