LOCATION: Urban Center Building (URBN)

DURATION: 2/27/2026 from 8:00:00 AM to 11:00:00 AM

PROJECT INFORMATION: A window on the 4th floor was found to be damaged beyond repair. A contractor will be removing the damaged piece of glass and replacing it with a new one. A "do not enter" zone will be established in the URBN Plaza below this work to make sure that pedestrians are kept away from any potential overhead hazards.

PROJECT BENEFITS: This replacement will restore the conference room to its pre-loss environmental insulation level and matching aesthetic.

IMPACT: There will be intermittent noise and crew movement between the 4th floor and ground level for the duration of this work.
