UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION

LOCATION: Millar Library (ML)

DURATION: 10/20/2025 to 10/23/2025

PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractors will be on site to modernize the elevators in ML one at a time. This includes upgrading motors, pulleys, raceways, and where relevant, the cab interiors.

PROJECT BENEFITS: Once completed, the elevators in ML will be at current standards or better, thus improving reliability and increasing the safety of all users.

IMPACT: Monday through Thursday, from 6:00am to 11:00am, only elevators #21 and #34 (blue and yellow highlights) will be in service. 

On Tuesday the 21st, this will continue until 4:00pm. During other times, elevator #20 (orange highlight) will be in service. 

 Elevator #22 (purple highlight) will be out of service the entire week.
