PROJECT INFORMATION: Millennium Building Services (window washing service provider) will be on-site commencing with the following work: April 21-April 23: Window washers will be on-site daily from 7AM-4PM (generally) to complete the exterior window cleaning of all exterior windows at Vanport. April 27-April 28: Window washers will be on-site daily from 7AM-4PM (generally) to complete interior window cleaning in the following locations: 2nd floor general common area (windows adjacent to stairs) main lobby, bike room, 4th & 5th Avenue main entryways, and the stairwell adjacent to the bike room. This is the same interior window cleaning that last occurred in October 2025. April 28: Exterior window cleaning may be done in specific areas if needed.

PROJECT BENEFITS: All exterior windows (and specific interior windows) will be professionally cleaned to enhance Vanport's aesthetic curb appeal.

IMPACT: Exterior window cleaning should not have any significant impacts other than accessibility which is described in the next section. Interior window cleaning will have an accessibility impact (which is described in the next section) and a minor ammonia smell may be present but should dissipate quickly.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Window washers will be repelling from the roof utilizing a rope descent system and an A-frame will be in-place on the ground to make foot traffic aware of the work. This A-frame will be moved with the window washers as they move along the building. While interior window cleaning is done, some common areas inside Vanport may be inaccessible for a very short duration. However, no common area will be inaccessible. Sidewalk access will remain open and signs will direct users around the work area.
