UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Peter Stott Center (PSC)
DURATION: 3/18/2026 from 6:00:00 AM to 4:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: PSU crews will be installing a new safety handrail on the high (west) wall of the Peter Stott Center loading dock, which is located on the northeast side of the building.
PROJECT BENEFITS: This installation will provide a permanent safety barrier for staff and vendors, ensuring the facility meets updated safety standards for those working near the elevated dock wall.
IMPACT: Rolling Door Closure: The area immediately surrounding the rolling door will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the work.
Delivery Rescheduling: The loading dock will be inaccessible to vehicles. Please reschedule any deliveries requiring the rolling door or dock access to another day.
Noise: Occupants in the northeast side of the building may hear intermittent noise from drilling into concrete and metalwork.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The rolling door will be out of service. This is not a primary ADA pedestrian entrance; however, the main ADA-accessible entrances to the building remain open and unaffected. If this closure impacts a specific equipment transport route you rely on, please contact the project manager for assistance.
