DURATION: 6/17/2026 from 7:00:00 AM to 3:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: A portion of the awning on the West side of KMC was found to have damage, and one of the glass panels needs to be replaced. A contractor will remove the damaged piece and replace it with a new one. A delineated work zone will be established, blocking the sidewalk, parking lane, and East lane of Broadway for crew, machines, and materials.
PROJECT BENEFITS: This will restore the awning to its pre-loss condition.
IMPACT: There will be intermittent noise and crew movement along the Broadway side of the building and on the green roof outside of the 360 suite. The sidewalk, parking spots, and East lane of Broadway will be closed to pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
