UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION

LOCATION: Academic and Student Recreation Center (ASRC)

DURATION: 3/16/2026 from 6:00:00 AM to 8:00:00 AM

PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor will be on site to replace two (2) existing cameras that are outdated inside the ASRC Freight Elevator #78.

PROJECT BENEFITS: Updating old cameras increases security for building occupants, thus improving overall campus safety.

IMPACT: Work will require elevator to be parked during the duration of the work. As soon as work is complete, the elevator will resume operation.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The freight elevator in ASRC will be out of service for the duration of this impact. If possible, please use alternate elevators such as #75 or #76. Access to the upper floors of Campus Rec may be limited to the stairwell during this time.
