LOCATION: Fourth Avenue Building (FAB)
DURATION: 5/6/2026 from 7:00:00 AM to 3:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: Fire alarm testing will be performed on the newly modernized parking garage elevators that serve the lower level of FAB and the plaza level of the City Tower.
PROJECT BENEFITS: The testing will confirm that the elevators perform as expected during a fire alarm.
IMPACT: The fire panel for both FAB and the 1900 Building/City Tower will need to be put into bypass during this testing. Car service may be slower than normal during this time. For additional details, see the attached MOP below.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The elevator service may be slower than normal.
