DURATION: 5/18/2026 from 8:00:00 AM to 12:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: UPDATED:
The structural work in AHU-01 is completed and unit is back in service (AHU-01 provides HVAC for floors: Lower Parking, Upper Parking, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor and 8th Floor )
AHU-02 is planned for shutdown from 8am -12pm Monday to complete structural bracing installation.
(AHU-01 provides HVAC for floors: Lower Parking, Upper Parking, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor and 8th Floor)
PROJECT BENEFITS: To replace two aging Air Handler Units that are beyond their useful life. This project will improve occupant comfort by improving airflow, making the building's HVAC system more reliable and maintainable.
IMPACT: Depending on outdoor conditions, building users may experience uncomfortable room temperatures.
If this occurs, building space temperatures will be monitored, and AHU-02 will be put back in service as needed.
