UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Academic and Student Recreation Center (ASRC)

DURATION: 3/27/2026 from 6:00:00 AM to 10:00:00 AM

PROJECT INFORMATION: Please be advised that the ASRC projector used to display artwork on the North side of the ASRC building(Urban Plaza) is being removed for service/evaluation. To ensure the safety of all building occupants during this overhead work, the following areas will be temporarily closed: -NE Entrance (6th Ave): This entrance will be closed to all foot traffic. -Adjacent Stairwells: Access will be restricted from the Basement through the Second Floor. -Seating Areas: Specific lounge and study areas in the Basement and First Floor located directly below the work zone will be cordoned off.

PROJECT BENEFITS: This will allow us to determine the best actions to optimize the system for stability and performance.

IMPACT: With the NE 6th AVE entrance and adjacent stairwells closed. The North Entrance Double doors near the Admissions Office(ASRC101) and elevators will need to be used to access the first and second floor.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Buildings wheelchair access door and elevator will not be impacted.
