LOCATION: Vanport Building (VB)

DURATION: 7/23/2026 from 8:00:00 AM to 10:00:00 AM

PROJECT INFORMATION: KONE Elevators (our elevator preventative maintenance service provider) will be on-site on Thursday, July 23 from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to commence with the contracted preventative maintenance on all three elevator cars and make a minor elevator light repair on the fifth floor. This light is located in the lobby area.

PROJECT BENEFITS: This contracted elevator preventive maintenance (and repair) is routine scheduled maintenance performed by a certified elevator technician to keep the existing elevator equipment running safely, efficiently, and up to code at Vanport.

IMPACT: One elevator car at a time may be inaccessible intermittently on Thursday, July 23 from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. while preventative maintenance is occurring.

However, two elevator cars will be available for use at all times with all three elevator cars restored to regular service on or shortly after 10:00 a.m.

There should be no noise or odor impact.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: One elevator car may be inaccessible intermittently but two will be available for use at all times.
