LOCATION: Montgomery Residence Hall (MONT), Simon Benson House (SBH)
DURATION: 6/23/2026 from 10:00:00 AM to 3:00:00 PM
PROJECT INFORMATION: On Tuesday 6/23/26, a contractor will be installing temporary fencing between Montgomery Residence Hall and the Simon Benson House. Fencing will block access to a portion of the pedestrian path between Montgomery and the Park Blocks but the accessible entry to the Simon Benson House will remain open to the public. See attached for clarification.
PROJECT BENEFITS: To provide protection of the Simon Benson House property in support of the New Housing Building project.
IMPACT: Fencing will block access to a portion of the pedestrian path between Montgomery Residence Hall and the Park Blocks but the accessible entry to the Simon Benson House will remain open to the public. See attached for clarification.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: The west end of the pathway between the Park Blocks and Montgomery Residence Hall will be blocked, however, the accessible path to the Simon Benson House will remain open.
