LOCATION: Urban Center Building (URBN)
DURATION: 12/10/2025 to 2/6/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor will be on site upgrading lighting controls and replacing light fixtures with LED equivalents on B1, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
PROJECT BENEFITS: Once completed, the lower floors of URBN will have more energy efficient lighting and better controls thus pushing PSU closer to our carbon neutral goals.
IMPACT: Contractors will be working on ladders, hindering spaces. As they work through an area, normal lighting may be off, but site lighting will be provided. People may need to temporarily relocate as they work in individual offices. Attached is a rough schedule that will likely update as work progresses. The contractor will coordinate in advance with individual departments to minimize impacts as much as possible.
Separate impacts will be issued for restroom interruptions.
