LOCATION: Richard and Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC)
DURATION: 5/12/2026 from 7:00:00 AM to 8:00:00 AM
PROJECT INFORMATION: As part of the 4th floor Speech & Hearing Renovation Project, Glumac
(Mechanical and Plumbing Consultants) will be conducting a visual assessment of the ductwork

PROJECT BENEFITS: This exploratory assessment ensures accurate planning for the 4th floor renovations, helping to prevent unexpected utility or service disruptions for third-floor occupants during future construction.
IMPACT: Personnel Presence: Occupants will see the Project Manager and consultants walking
through 3rd floor spaces, including offices and conference rooms.

moved to inspect utilities above.
Minor Noise: Expect minimal noise related to ladder movement and tool use for ceiling
access.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: None
