UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Richard and Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC)

DURATION: 6/15/2026 to TBD

PROJECT INFORMATION: Facilities staff are currently responding to a mechanical issue with the building's primary cooling unit (chiller). Technicians are actively working on-site to repair the system and restore normal cooling operations.

PROJECT BENEFITS: This urgent maintenance will restore reliable air conditioning and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the building.

IMPACT: Occupants will notice a lack of air conditioning and rising indoor temperatures until the repairs are completed.

ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: None

UPDATE: The mechanical issues with the building's cooling system have been resolved. However, due to today's high outdoor temperatures, some areas may still feel warmer than usual as the system catches up.
