LOCATION: Campus Wide
DURATION: 6/1/2026 to 10/31/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: The intent of this impact notice is for Capital Projects and Construction (CPC) to provide the University Community with a general overview of current and upcoming significant construction projects. We are entering a highly active period of construction across campus.
Please note that this is a high-level summary and the information in this notice is subject to change; individual projects will issue their own dedicated construction impact notices with specific details as their time lines approach.
For a comprehensive look at the upcoming work, please reference the attached documents:
Campus Map: Areas outlined in Red represent the locations of upcoming construction fencing and site boundaries.
Project Descriptions: A brief summary of each project, along with the contact information for the assigned CPC Project Manager.
Master Schedule: The anticipated start dates and durations for each project.
PROJECT BENEFITS: The upcoming slate of work includes essential demolition, major renovations, and new construction. Collectively, these projects represent a significant benefit to our physical campus. Note: Future project-specific impact notices will detail the unique benefits, features, and improved amenities that each individual project will provide.
IMPACT: Due to construction fencing on building exteriors and within campus roadways, normal routes will be disrupted. Please anticipate the following:
Detours: Fencing will alter traffic and walking patterns. Follow all posted signage to navigate campus safely. Noise & Vibrations: Intermittent noise and vibrations should be expected near active sites. Construction Zone Safety: For your safety, never enter fenced-off construction areas.
Note: Specific impacts will be communicated in future project-specific notices.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: While temporary route changes will occur, ADA-compliant paths will be maintained or detoured safely around all sites.
Note: Future notices will include detailed descriptions of specific accessibility impacts and alternative routes for each project site.
