UPCOMING IMPACT NOTICE

LOCATION: Landscaping Yard (LSY), West Heating Plant (WHP)
DURATION: 11/24/2025 to 12/1/2025
PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor is removing chain-link fence, digging up asphalt, and trenching.
PROJECT BENEFITS: Once this project is complete, we will be less reliant on fossil fuels for our landscaping fleet, thus helping us get closer to PSU's carbon neutral goal.
IMPACT: This work impacts entrances to the landscape yard office and the West Heating Plant. For access to the landscape yard office, you will need to traverse around the construction. Access to the West Heating Plant will be granted via the large roll-up door. Reference attached map.
Please note, concrete demo is only expected Monday through Wednesday. However, this impact notice will stay in effect until concrete can be poured back and a different impact notice will be issued for that. Current plan for re-pour is Monday, December 1st, but that is weather dependent.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: Access to the landscape yard office and West Heating Plant are impacted. Please reference attached map.
