DURATION: 3/2/2026 to 3/6/2026
PROJECT INFORMATION: D&R Masonry will be performing some restoration work on the brick patio north of the box office window. The condition of the brick patio in some areas has degraded to the point of allowing moisture into the building and basement. D&R will be starting with some investigation work next to the suspected leaking area. If water penetration into the building is observed, a larger repair will take place on the surrounding brick decking to reseal the area.
PROJECT BENEFITS: A building free of water intrusion.
IMPACT: Noise and vibration consistent with brick removal. Dust from dried mortar being removed. This date has been picked to provide the least impact on the building users who are near the repair.
ACCESSIBILITY IMPACTS: There is a ramp at the edge of the construction area. There may be times during the project when this is closed. Alternative ADA access is available from the SE corner closest to Versa Cafe / library / park blocks.
